Courses
The Bedfordshire and Luton Recovery College is part of the Bedfordshire and Luton Mental Health Academy based at Charter House, which is a formal partnership between the NHS East London Foundation Partnership Trust and the University of Bedfordshire. They hold a range of free wellbeing courses including low mood and depression, suicide prevention, sleep management, addiction and many more. The college is open to any adults who live or work in Bedfordshire and Luton.
