Mental health & wellbeing
Mental health & wellbeing.
Find faith-sensitive mental-health support, someone to talk to and help when you need it.
Explore the Muslim Mental Health Hub
Support that understands your faith.
The Muslim Mental Health Hub is a Muslim Council of Britain initiative bringing together Muslim mental-health services. Its directory helps you find counselling, helplines, bereavement support and services for different needs and communities.
Browse the directory to explore support that feels right for you, then contact the provider directly about access, availability and costs. The hub provides signposting rather than clinical care.
Urgent mental health help.
For urgent mental health support in England, the NHS advises calling 111 and selecting the mental health option, or asking for an urgent GP appointment. See the NHS page below for the full advice.
Someone to talk to.
The NHS lists Samaritans on 116 123 as a listening service. Its urgent-help page also explains other routes to support.
Ask your GP about local services and the support most appropriate for your circumstances.
