A stronger Luton depends on people and organisations working together.

Our shared work has included interfaith dialogue, community safety conversations, foodbank campaigns and health-related activity. These connections bring the work of mosques into the wider life of Luton.
The dated examples below show some of the ways communities have worked together across our town.
In 2020, mosque volunteers worked with residents, Edible High Town and the Parish of All Saints to turn a disused growing bed into a community planting space. The Luton Learning Link partnership also supported laptop deliveries to local schools.
Our historical reports record support for refugees arriving locally, interfaith conversations about poverty and community safety, and collaboration with schools to raise young people’s aspirations.
